Floyd Lamb Park Family Session - Las Vegas Family/Portrait Photographer

Moving to Las Vegas was a big step for my family, I was pregnant with my 3rd and didn’t know many people. And as we all know, the hardest part of modern motherhood is realizing village is gone. But then social media connected people in a way that noone could imagine, moms connected through mutual interests such as breastfeeding. And that is how I met many great mothers, that is how I met Samantha. She was like encyclopedia of knowledge, for mothers struggling with labor preparations, breastfeeding, sleeping habbits, gentle parenting techniques and everything else motherhood related. She was always talking from the heart, from her own experiences, even mistakes - always honest, open and on point. Her family is one of those model families you only heard about - her husband is very sweet and calm and she is very energized and happy. Perfect match. Their boys are all of that, picked up all of the best traits from their amazing parents. Revan, the younger one, is sweet and calm, very attached to his mom, enjoys cuddles and endless love. Xavier, older one, seems very responsible around his baby brother, likes watching over him, very eloquent for his age. Both of them were so sweet to both Samantha and Justin, bond was strong and besides all that energy and running and chasing birds and bees - the whole family looked content and in peace. I felt lucky they chose me to be their photographer. The location was amazingly beautiful, Floyd Lamb Park never disappoints with so many greens, lake, ducks and bunnies. Weather was going all the way from sunny and warm to cold and windy in matter of seconds, but as a Las Vegas family and portrait photographer I have learned to expect it all from Mother Nature! Challenging session but so much fun! You don’t get to hang out with such an amazing people every day, right?
